Inchgrove House is a 5 storey Georgian Town House which has recently been lovingly restored into a luxurious Bed and Breakfast accommodation, with fine and elegant en-suite rooms. It is located in the heart of Edinburgh, just 250 yards from Princes Street, the architectural, historic and cultural hub of the city. The double rooms at Inchgrove House all have 6 foot double beds, and the twin rooms (2 single beds) have 3 foot wide beds. The house has full central heating. All the bathrooms have both a bath and a shower, and a shaver point. All rooms have colour TV, hospitality tray, hair-dryers (correct mains voltage, 230v AC). Wireless internet access is available free of charge throughout the house.

There is unrestricted street parking just outside the house and an excellent local bus service, just two minutes walk to the bus stop, gives access to the city centre in ten minutes. If one prefers, a stroll through the Meadows leads directly to the medieval Old Town.

Bedrooms are centrally heated and all have ensuite facilities (shower, toilet and washbasin). They are equipped with hairdyrer, colour television, direct-dial telephone with internet connections for your laptop, and tea/coffee making facilites.

Breakfast is served in the conservatory breakfast room, overlooking an attractive, secluded garden. The menu consists of fruit juices, cereals, fresh fruit, a wide variety of freshly cooked produce, tea/coffee, home-baked bread, toast, oatcakes, jams etc. Special diets (vegetarian, gluten-free, vegan etc.) can be catered for if advance notice given.
